How to set up an E-Signature document

In this article you will learn to set up an E-Signature document within your Humaniz.io account

Log in to your Humaniz.io account using your registered email address.

From your Dashboard, select Settings and then E-Signature


Here you will see a list of all your added documents ready for E-Signature.

To edit a document, click “Edit” on the document in which you would like to set up.



To add text insert to a document for Teammate signature; Select teammate from the top right corner drop down menu. 


To add text insert to a document for Company signature; Select Company from the top right corner drop down menu.


Be sure to add text inserts in the correct order of document, as this will be the order in which the document is signed.

Select each desired text insert onto the corresponding line for the template by selecting it from the right side of your screen and dragging it onto the document.


Once the document has all desired text inserts, click on Save in the top right corner of your screen.
